Configure the workflow for absence guidance

The tasks that the responsible person must perform within the absence supervision can be started with a workflow. Default workflows are available for the absence guidance. You can configure it to suit your requirements. If you create a new workflow, link it in the related profile.

To view the workflows for absence guidance:

1. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
2. Open the properties of dossier item type Wet verbetering Poortwachter.
3. Go to the tab: Workflows.

   You can see the workflows for absence supervision:

   Default workflows

   The alerts of the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter' are linked to a fixed destination. This fixed destination determines which dossier item is submitted using which profile. You cannot change this in a copy of the alert.

   You see in the table below which profiles and workflows are linked to the alert as standard through the fixed destination.

   No default alert is available for the 42nd week message. If you use DigiZSM, Profit will process this. If not, you have to add the alert yourself.
