Check education documents

You check the education documents to determine the issue method in accordance with the requirements of the 'VO' and 'PO' council. If you want to deviate from the issue method compliant with the requirements of the 'VO' and 'PO' council for a particular education document, you make the change in the properties of the document line.

Profit records documents in a collective deed if you have selected a collective deed at the CLA or the employer level.

To check education documents:

1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Education documents.
2. Open the view: Documents - to be generated

   You see the education documents that you can check.

3. Click on the action: Check.

   While checking, Profit applies the issue method in compliance with the requirements of the 'VO' and 'PO' council. You see the issue method in the Issue deed column.

   • Merge deed with deed of appointment

     Profit applies this issue method in the case of sub-employments that are not related to a substitution or an extension. The merge is applied per school and uses a factor for the working hours. The main employment associated with these sub-employments gets the valueDeed for employment merging.

   • Do not issue deed (no change in FTE total)

     If the total FTE of a deed does not change, a new deed is not generated for the employee. This situation mainly occurs if the FTE of the employments gets divided in a different way. This is only done for regular employments (not for substitute employments).

   • Collect within collection certificate

     The deed line gets collected in a collective deed.

   • Extension for appointment

     The deed line is issued as an appendix of the original deed of appointment.

   • Deed of appointment

     The deed line is issued as a deed of appointment.

   • No issue of deed for employment

     The deed line does not result in a deed. A deed is not generated for the employment in question.

   • Deed of dismissal

     The deed line results in issuing a deed of dismissal.

   • Deed for employment merging

     The deed line of the main employment associated with the sub-employments with the value Merge deed with deed of appointment.

4. If you want to deviate from the issue method, change this in the properties:
   1. Open the properties of the document line.
   2. Select the issue method in Issue deed.
   3. Click on: OK.
5. Select the document.
6. Click on the action: Example, to display a preview of the document.

After checking the documents, they can be generated.
