Collective salary increase

You can collectively increase the salary of the employees. Take the following into account in this regard:

  • Wage scales

    Profit CLAs can include wage scales. The AFAS CLA Management Team integrates wage scales into a number of Profit CLAs, so you don't need to maintain the relevant wage scales yourself.

    If you are using your own wage scales, you change them yourself.

  • No wage scales

    You can collectively import the salary of the employees through HR / Management / Import employee change / Salary.

    The current salary of the employee can be exported to Excel from the HR management view. Next, increase the salary in Excel. Now you can import the new salary.
